Yes we’re taking ALL the information, Yes, we are storing ALL the information, Yes, we are spying on ALL of America and YES we have ALL the information but have we totally stopped terrorism? Has it stopped illegals from infiltrating our borders?

Hummmm, what happened in the Boston Bombing? What happened in the Benghazi terrorist attack? What happened at Fort Hood? How many U.S. Citizens died with our Governments approval hand involved? One thing about having all the information is, you very quickly lose the ability not to accept responsibility.

Isn’t it interesting that the American Citizenry has suddenly become the suspects, and the illegal people are given arms fast and furiously? Why not release the prison population and arm them as Bain did in the latest episode of Batman Mr. Eric Holder?

Yes, we have all the information, but is that what we do in America? Is that what our Country is all about? Is that as a Country what we want to be known about in front of the world Mr. Obama? Isn’t this a little embarrassing?

Have you ever thought about what all the Ambassadors are thinking about the Obama administration verses the Bush Administration? It’s like 100 times worse! It’s like the Patriot Act and water boarding on steroids!

Why do you need the information on everyone but you refuse to secure the borders and prosecute actually crimes of illegal aliens coming in possibly with guns from Fast & Furious and Stinger Missiles issued out from Syria Rebels aka Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda?

I mean it’s really time for the Democrats to hide their face in shame about the transparency of Obama it’s such an outright cry of hypocrisy, but wait! Perhaps what Obama was saying is that he was going to make the whole U.S. and all of its “Citizen Persons” transparent, and it really had nothing to do with his own identity?

Oh! Gosh how silly of us, but what is happening now? Isn’t it difficult to imagine in 2008 Obama campaigning on the promises to spy on every American and in 2010 releasing a long form fabricated birth certificate at the same time he admitted that was the biggest joke ever spoon fed to the American Citizenry?

You undoubtedly already know that there has been over 2500 hours of legal criminal investigation that has proven Obama’s released long form birth certificate as well as his selective service card, yes the one he spoon fed the Media in the White House Press Core room are complete fabrications.

I am filled with chagrin and embarrassed to the core to hear Obama speaking from Europe today knowing what a complete fraud he is, and knowing he’s not a natural born citizen even qualified under our U.S. Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen. We can’t even get a qualified President in the Office of the President. What makes the integrity of our word and our laws even remotely considered something anyone in the world could count on?

It’s like the whole world has evidence we are complete narcissistic liars and we have the audacity to speak as a leader to them? Oh my God, if we could only keep our mouth shut it would be better.

In the world of Obama he has not been elected by the U.S. Citizenry but now the U.S. Peoples which certainly includes the people in the U.S. illegally. Is he their President? Did they elect him? Has his narcissism grown to think he is the President of the world’s people now?

Glenn Beck is speaking right now in Washington DC at the Press Conference hosted by the “The Sound 70” Congressmen who are opposed to Amnesty and are very afraid if anything passes in the House, the comporting Senate Bill passing the Senate will merge with it, and the resulting gut emerging out of a committee will be basically the same Amnesty Bill millions in 2007 gathered in Washington DC to defeat in the first place.

The Sound 70 have declared if this happens it’s a death knell to the United States. Progressives including Republicans and Democrats have adds declaring “Sound Borders” is what we need and listing many many promises if they can pass Amnesty they would concede on such like making illegal’s go to the back of the line, learn English, and pay a penalty to build a fence, that’s sooooo discriminatory don’t you think? (wink wink)

The most interesting pronouncement of this is that the two party system has become a one-party system and the likes of Rubio, McCain, Reid and the Gang of 8 are really about to pound that 16 million new persons and 22 Trillion dollar injection of poison gas onto the United States Citizenry.

This Amnesty, and while we’re at it let’s add Obamacare, is essentially a chemical bomb dropping on America’s food supply that will make it all wither and die in one sweeping move. Would removing all speed restraints from school zones lead to good things and isn’t 20mph rather discriminatory of 75mph?

Now former House speaker Pelosi announced we had to pass Obamacare to find out what was in it, and I ask, “Is there any difference in what’s happening now with Amnesty?” Let’s pass a bill see it compromised and then find out what comes out of the committee?

The sad Sound 70 have also negated to hear anything remotely resembling a hearing of verification of Obama’s qualification as a natural born citizen. To say they are ignoring the pink elephant in the room is an understatement! As you understand any bill passing the House and the Senate also needs an actual QUALIFIED president’s signature as the executive branch holds the keys of enforcing any bill your grasp the importance of a legal qualified president verses an unqualified president according to the Constitution, and you also grasp the extreme, bizarre, and nutty actions against Birthers.

Care to discuss any of the Cover-Ups recently as some sound evidence for the statement? I’m happy to.
Now Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck and The Sound 70 actually pitch fast balls at the Birthers stating even if they actually put their weight behind a hearing of verification for Obama’s qualification that would include all the evidence considered in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that the U.S. Supreme Court would not even hold a hearing on,( based on either setting the agenda themselves which Sen. Mike Lee claims of Justice John Roberts in a new online book; not upholding the Constitution and precedent; or supporting the “nose out” of the Judicial Branch from any political election in spite of Constitutional requirements set there for office holders known as the “Political Doctrine Question” you can google), that includes the Cold Case Posse findings showing a complete fraud and fabrication of Obama’s identification documents, their weight behind such hearings would not matter.

How do they know their weight would not matter until they actually put their weight behind it? Why indeed are they standing up against the Amnesty Bill of the Senate if they are so overwhelmingly outnumbered and their actions are seen as such a threat to House Speaker John Bonner that he has threatened to remove them from Chairmanships and Committees?
Why didn’t George Washington just lay down to the British if they were such superior a force? Why don’t the under-dogs of any political race in America just lay down to the incumbents because they’re probably going to lose?

Consider if you will the impact of Obamacare and the Amnesty bill together being null and void because they don’t have a legal President’s signature, and you will then grasp the impact of removing Obama as a disability according to USC Amend. 14, Sect 3.

It would demand a completely reconsideration of the implementation of Obamacare and Amnesty. Now conservatives tell me why there is a single Republican and conservative Democrat who thinks Obama has gone way over the line that wouldn’t consider government corruption a reason to get back to the qualification verification hearings in Congress?

What happens if you hit a home-run and miss a touching a base? It’s NOT a home-run!

Of course we are a Country of immigration, and we are a Country of laws, the United States Supreme Law being the Constitution in which Obama fails as a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President. Now sit back and digest the discrimination and racist attitude Congress has had upon a fellow and past democratic party candidate like myself whose been hurt and damaged by Obama’s Campaign in 2008, and 2012 from the beginning of the election cycles as an illegal candidate whose not qualified.

Today as I lay in bed thinking about all of the cover-ups of the Obama Administration I kept pondering a question?

These cover-ups that started with the biggest - Obama's ineligibility and the cover-up of his identity as an ineligible candidate for the office of the President which by far eclipse every single cover-up since including internationally the so called Arab Springs wars and protest that begin in 2010 and included rulers having been forced from power in Tunisia, Egypt,Libya,and Yemen;civil uprisings have erupted in Bahrain and Syria; major protests have broken out in Algeria,Iraq,Jordan,Kuwait,Morocco,and Sudan;and minor protests have occurred in Mauritania,Oman, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti,and Western Sahara many of which were financed by the Muslim Brotherhood directly or indirectly financed by the Obama Administration contrary to a neutral religious principle most Americans respect as freedom of religion in our 1st Amendment.

That was featured in a commercial of mine that abrogated how in the world can you finance one religion without all of the other religions protesting that in America?

Domestically we have just to name the most popular and reported Fast & Furious Gun running to Mexico drug cartels, Benghazi and the cover up of arms to Syria rebels, the A.P. Wire tapping,the IRS political profiling, the NSA intrusion of over 50 American companies to spy on Americans highly rigged for political gain over and above Americans plotting to fire on one another in my humble opinion.



The question I kept pondering was "why if I am so damn "infamous" am I the only politician in Utah or the Nation who has taken the principles of the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the office of the President to McCain and Obama? Do you understand that? No other politician in the United States has fired McCain and Obama on the eligibility demand and McCain damn well wasn't born in any military hospital in panama and he's had two un-natural acts of Congress to confirm first his Citizenship and then his "Natural Born Citizenship".

Folks any time Congress takes action on your nationality its UN-NATURAL and qualifies as "naturalization" which defy s the natural born citizen criteria of born in the U.S. to citizen parents according to laws of nature. Congress has to this date upheld the statute after many hearings and research on this matter over many years as recently as 2000. This isn't seventeenth or eighteenth century stuff that holds no relevance in the 21st century.

The whole purpose was to put two generations between the Office of the President and a foreign power or nation because of the influence of two pure generations in America having a long lasting effect. That is a national security fire wall that has been breached and your Congress is sitting back with their thumbs up their asses acting as if they have no concern whats so ever for your Constitution and national security safety. You know the Biblical reference of "Whores" really describes the actions of Congress that they need to immediate address to regain some integrity. I could use quite a few adjectives to embellish the term "Whores" but I won't at this time.

Why is it someone supposedly so crooked and looked upon as a convict taking the stand for the Constitution for YOUR rights, which you see the Government violating with wire taps and hook ups with about 50 social networking companies basically treating you like criminals?

Why would it be me fighting for these rights and not your elected officials who are famous rather the infamous? Why am I doing it IF I'm the bad guy?

Why isn't Mitt Romney doing it? He should be doing it according to everyone. So why am I doing it? And I don't mean that in a self aggrandizing way I mean that as a why- or-how-does-that-make-any-sense-to-you-at-all kind of a way?

Do you think people might start to think perhaps about the "unlawful prosecution" of my "infamous" notoriety and to question the backbone of that? Or do you think by chance people might start to grasp their politicians elected are wolfs in sheep clothing?


If by the fruits of politicians you will know of what sort of tree they are from good or bad, what are my fruits as a politician and what are the fruits of the entire U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate and former candidates of the Republican Party in 2008 and 2012 when it comes to Obama's ineligibility?

Why hasn't the entire Congress ushered in a special prosecutor to dissect the Cold Case Posse's investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in AZ. with over 2500 hours of competent and legal professionals trained to do that stuff ultimately confirming Obama's long form birth certificate and his Selective Service Record altered? Why has his social security number issued from Conn. been over-looked as problematic in an identity fabrication for one whose long form birth certificate was altered in the same pattern as those nefariously doing the same thing?

Why am I the one who has taken this to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court? Wouldn't someone whose "infamous" like NOT be doing things to stand up for your rights and your National Security concerns?

Make no bones about it, Sheriff Joe said Obama's fraud is the greatest national security risk our Nation has ever faced and the Cover-ups are really the proof for Congress that what he has said is true, and the interesting thing is that's exactly what I've been saying for even longer.

Sheriff Joe's investigation was released in March 1st of 2012, but my law suit was filed first with McCain & Obama in 2008, and subsequently with Obama in 2012. I packed Sheriff Joe's findings into my Georgia lower State Court March 2nd, 2012 the first in the Nation to do so and it was finished in the United States Court Jan. of 2013.

Now Congress's usual bid for NOT addressing something that's in Court is well it has to work its way through the Courts. WEll, it has! Now what?

You think because the Courts never tried it on the merits because of the "political doctrine question" which frowns on the Judicial Branch's interference in elections somehow negates your responsibility to uphold the Constitution especially after cover up after cover up after cover up is warning you of immediate threat to the American People?



You know by the report of Mitt Romney's Summit in Park City its just not Republicans freaking out it Democrats too. Isn't it ironic that Mitt Romney's greatest concern came when the IRS bomb was dropped. Yea, screw the Constitution but don't mess the bank account? Is that how it goes?

I mean you start messing with rich people's money all breaks lose but take the freedoms away guaranteed by the Constitution such as rights of evidence, habeus corpus, or heck lets just take the first big four parts of the 1st Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting the free exercise of religion,( I assume funding the Muslim Brotherhood is as close to that as Americans care to digest), abridging the freedom of speech ( especially in religious meetings I gather) or the press ( wire tapping the A.P. no no no no no...no!)

We all appreciate the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms, but I mean why do you have to prohibit felons from caring weapons if your going to arm Al-Qaeda and the drug lords of Mexico Congress? Who the hell appropriates money? CONGRESS DOES!

Congress get off your thumbs and get to opening up a Judicial Committee investigation on Obama's eligibility. Let's start at the beginning to regain the integrity of our Government and quit being such Whores. People wonder why I interjected scenery from my bedroom into the video introduction of my YouTube Station and I have two reasons primarily:

1)The U.S. Government is spying on you so get used to not having any secrets in bed.

2)They can hear and watch you and your spouse or bed partner having sex with your iphone on your night stand so the Government is in your bed, you might as well know what I look like in mine if I'm asking for your vote at the very least as to witness some integrity back into the Government.

If you’re a member of the Democratic Party based upon some of the good ole Democratic party values of inclusion, value of the individual to stand up against corporations, intrusive and overbearing Government in civil rights, and the semblance at least some fairness, you have got to be watching Obama in a nightmare, or worse, a sci-fi horror movie starring Stallone in Demolition Man, in the demolition and destruction of the Democratic Party.

From the UK comes a story that the entire Verizon Wireless Network that has been either enlisted or co-opted by the NSA under Executive Branch head Obama to collect all the phone calls all the email addresses in an all out spying effort on Americans under the nightmare of the Patriot Act over the last 7 years.

While the Judicial Branch has problems in the political doctrine theory they have used to give Obama cover for his forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate, apparently the Judicial Branch has no problem signing secret spying orders on all Americans using Verizon Wireless under the guise of national security. As a Verizon wireless subscriber I’m furious about being targeted as a terrorist as I’m sure all other innocent people are.

From the implant of Obamacare into the supposedly politically neutral hands of the IRS comes the story that Obama’s own “campaign manager” is attending meetings to officiate the code of conduct for the apologizing-Tea Party/Conservative-voter-targeting-arm of the Obama Government to manage the health care of all Americans where to quote officials, “Some will live and some will die” according to the IRS’s neutrally political directives.

From Glenn Beck comes the Democratic Party sci-fi horror statement that is not only compelling but downright disturbing that The Tea Party be the new Civil Rights Party? How could it have come to this? How could the Democratic Party have lost that mantle? Well it’s pretty easy when the guy in the White House is employing tactics of the Red Scare.

Why would we hear about this from foreign reporters? Well, we also know that Obama is making investigative reporting and those that do it here in America an espionage criminal act prosecuting more reporters than any other administration in our history and we have the A.P. Reporter tracking list of conversations and emails to back up the tip of the ice-berg of the nixonian watergate type tactics employed by Obama.

Isn't it enough that reporters for the most part have completely ignored the eligibility argument taken to Court in Judy v. McCain in favor of preserving a ‘race’ card for Obama to play for every eligibility case in Obama-usurping history, accept for mine, in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the U.S. Supreme Court?

We are not threatened by intelligence or knowledge, we are threaten by ignorance or lack of knowledge and Obama’s greatest cover-up lies in his own identity fraud made so only by championing ignorance rather than championing the pursuit of happiness which is knowledge.

Yesterday on the Blaze, the lack of intelligence on Obama’s years at Columbia University rose quickly to a high ranking story. In the on-air report Obama’s supposed and miraculous transfer from Occidental College as a C student defied not only the odds of reason but the odds of everyone ever remembering him at Columbia including Wayne Allan Root former V.P. Candidate for the Libertarian Party and George Stephanopoulos of ABC.

Along the same story over 400 political science students attending around the same years as Obama questioned about it in an Fox news report also had never seen Obama or could remember Obama attending, which was also noted in the comments of a political science professor there who stated in a public speaking engagement, “he had his doubts” Obama ever attended, to the gasps of the audience.

This report was featured in the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in New York with Dr. Pastor James David Manning where Obama, by a jury panel of American Citizens from all over the United States was found to be guilty of many counts of fraud and sedition along with the findings Obama was not eligible or qualified as a natural born citizen to even be seated in the Office of the President under the United States Constitution.

I testified as a presidential candidate for the first time in United States history at that 2010 Tenth Amendment trial against another candidate for President in Obama, beginning on page 49 of the Trial Transcript link, and brought to the attention of the world the fact that McCain’s “natural born citizen” exclusive grant by Congress defied nature as an action of man and was co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on a quid pro quo good ole boys agreement.

Speaking of gasps from the audience, it is interesting to see story after story emerging as the one has of a conference of sheriffs and law enforcement personal brought up to speed on the document forgeries of Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration by a Cold Case Posse with over 2500 hours on the documents.

Mike Zullos’ investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio was submitted by myself for the first time and originated in the State District Court of Georgia the day after its release to the public and worked its way thought the Georgia State Supreme Court and up to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in January of 2013.

Since that time cover up after cover up after cover up has haunted America from Benghazi gun running into Syria to gun-running into Mexico that actually was arming gangs, the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Al Qaeda.

As Americans don’t you think we have got to start wondering about the sanity, fear, or manipulative tactics of those pointing fingers at the Birthers calling them crazy?

As a proud Article II Patriot and Birther I say from the trail-blazing work myself and many others have done at our own peril as sacrifices for the Constitution of the United States that includes our Civil Rights visible through the rear view mirror of our vehicle, that the rest of Conservative Republican and Democratic Party people sitting in disbelief,as these events unfold, are only now beginning to catch up to what we have known and been sounding an alarm for.

Welcome to our world as you’ve been spied on, treated as terrorist, punked as stupid, told to shut-up, sit down, and that if you weren’t doing anything wrong you should not mind being treated as a prisoner in America.

It is every and increasingly apparent to you, shown to you as clearly by God as anyone could be shown, that if you do not choose politicians who believe in the Constitution, and when I say the Constitution I very strongly imply the eligibility requirement demanded of the Office of the President that Obama has from day one demolished, that you will indeed have every right taken from you the Constitution frames as inalienable.

The very first thing you should ask yourself in choosing a Representative or a U.S. Senator is are you an Article II Patriot, are you a Birther because if you’re not, you certainly are not getting my vote or my money contributed to your campaign.

My name is Cody Robert Judy and I can proudly say if you consider my campaign for your hard earned dollars at the very least you can consider your Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen upheld and respected without the fear of being called a racist as I have upheld equally the eligibility argument with McCain and Obama. There just are not many politicians who can say that in the entire United States.

Of course if you as Americans’ would like more politicians to sprout up championing your rights, and you’d like your Representatives and U.S. Senators to take a stand, then you have got to show them that there is a direct correlation between their taking a stand for the Constitution on this national security directive and breach and your campaign dollars. Ted Cruz backers say is Natural Born Citizen-Interesting article SF Chronicle

I wanted to make a comment on this article linked below and written by Richard S. Dunham 5-27-13 and so am supplying this info according to your more stringent standards.

The reason I wanted to comment on this article is because I thought it labeled "Birthers" racist and it was directly associated with the "unfair", "biased" , misinformation reported in the article.

This kind of reporting is very irresponsible and propagates through media to the public a perception that is totally averted by simple acknowledgement of facts under-reported or not reported at all. Indeed, if the facts are meant for the public in order for a more perfect union.


McCain was referred to in the article, but left out was the fact as a write-in candidate for Pres. his candidacy was challenged in Las Vegas, NV Federal Court. Judy v. McCain a simple google brings it up..so you can't say its that hard to find.

I also sued Obama as a candidate in the Democrat Party clear to the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 The shame of justice should be held at the feet of this court for cowering to hear the case and the media indeed has a part to informing the public of the contest in court and the Courts shallow hearing.

Of course we are not asking the Court to side politically with any party. That is not what this is or was about. Its about the principle of the Constitution that would remind BOTH parties that there was no question with the precedent sited Minor v. Happersett for those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. This is clearly natural law rather than man made law.

The McCain case was considered "moot" after the election, but it could also be reported that McCain and the RNC knew about the law suit days before McCain was made the nominee. Sen Res 511 was co-sponsored by Obama and Clinton and needs to be addressed as "non-binding" meaning it did not replace the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen nor abolish countless hours of legislative hearings the held precedent.

You know showing the facts might lead to a better understanding and less bias and hatred in the public mind. I've always thought this was what we were trying to accomplish..rather than promoting the opposite.

The Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen (NBC) I believe is based in a sound defensive Principle not in race as is insinuated by the SF Chronicle representation. I'm afraid NOT REPORTING intelligence on a subject when it is known merits being an accomplis.

This is also very relevant in the Jack McCaskill Memorandum that more than fogged Congress's brain, but rather deceived Congress on the term Natural Born Citizen according to the case Minor v. I ran articles against Santorum who collected millions of dollars from unsuspecting donors who thought he was eligible along with Sen. Rubio.

Believe it or not, its the Republicans have more immediate candidates that are not eligible then the D's do and this may haunt the D's much more then the R's in the future of American politics.

The concerning thing is that the Legislative Mandate has been upheld for the life of our Constitution. Legal Opinion does not trump natural law and you know as well as I do that Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents prevents the dictators of the world from bedding American Women and financing their heirs on to a thrown rather than the Office of the President. You know this can happen with the direction we're headed.

The only office demanding a Natural Born Citizen was the Office of Pres and VP because it held the keys to the military. Do we really want our nukes used against us? If the world is so welcome why not hand those codes to Russia, China, North Korea, or Iran for that matter if your so sure about that not being a concern on this very dangerous path that concerns our National Security.

I don't think its uncalled for to ask for a consideration of this information to be included as "information" that became available to the reporter after the article was printed.

Mr. Rush Limbaugh said today that it was not likely that America was going to do anything about Obama’s Gates – Fast & Furious Gate –Gun Running to Mexico Cartels leading to Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s Murder; Benghazi Gate- Gun Running to Muslim Brotherhood in Syria leading to Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other American servicemen’s death; Boston Marathon Bombing –intelligence breakdown on Saudi Arabia individual; AP News Staff Wire Tapping – eroding freedom of the press; IRS Profiling of Conservative Tea Party Non-profit Groups and many other Conservative 501c3 and c4 Applicants and of course let’s not forget the handing out of a fraudulent and forged long form birth certificate at the White House Press Room to America.

Rush advocated “This should ALL be handled at the 2014 elections’-‘ This is what you get when ANY liberal is in charge’- ‘America is not likely to do anything to the first elected ‘black’ President – its not going anywhere’, were all a few of Mr. Rush Limbaugh’s spouts today. Oh, don’t let me forget the most important one –‘ I’m always right!’.
The first thing I am amazed at is why Rush, Glenn, and Sean are even talking about the first 5 scandals as they gave Obama a pass on his qualification – a fraudulent and forged long form birth certificate. Of course it would shock the Media that they wouldn’t give Obama a pass on 5 scandals but as we see that’s exactly what they are doing so the Media has nothing to worry about.

Well it’s the truth. I mean if you give someone a pass on a fraudulent identification why worry about the money he is taking from the bank or the people he’s shooting on the way out? You’ve condoned the way in which he is able to do it.
Well, I’m not black but if I were I can’t imagine anything that could be so hurtful and racist than for my children to learn that they had a free pass on treason, sedition, inciting hatred against America, and let’s not forget murder, all because their skin was black.

I cannot imagine the segregation that must be felt as Mr. Limbaugh spouts out to the Conservative world – Republicans and Democrats’ alike- that if you’re black you have a different set of rules in America. Isn’t it good enough to just be American anymore Rush? Why don’t you mention Obama as half white if your going to say America won’t treat the first black President like any other and demand he at least be qualified for office?

How do you even have the gall to bring up ANY of these other scandals and continue to ignore the one that has teeth?
As I listened to the MIB Broadcaster of ‘excellence’, I thought this indeed was a poor show and I hoped Rush was wrong because if he was right the biggest lie of all was that we didn’t have a Constitution of Laws for Obama to destroy- Conservatives had already done that long before Obama came along. Indeed that was the reason I sued McCain first for not being a natural born citizen if you must know. I thought conservatives had enough in-house problems to address before we moved to liberals.

Believe me – I have tears swelling up in my eyes for America right now. If America’s ‘white guilt’ is so powerful in America right now that we’d rather give a black President different treatment than a White President then the first black president doesn’t offer America anything worthy of boasting and sure doesn’t remove any hint of American Value. We’ve come so far yet are in the same sh**.

Women have come no further – Blacks have come no further- no minority has any reason to want to be American if we are not a Nation of Laws in the United States Constitution.

I’ve long felt sorry for blacks because of Obama’s ineligibility and cheating at saying he was Constitutionally qualified to be President when he’s not a natural born citizen See: Judy v. Obama – Born in the United States to Citizen parents according to his own representation to America but I’ve never associated anti-Birthers as racist till today but it’s true.

If you can’t have a Constitution in The Republic for which we stand for everyone regardless of race, religion, gender or prior condition of servitude you are representing yourself as the opposite accordingly.

That is a strong message to Congress, The Media, and We The People and demands Obama be removed from Office in all haste to save the law – to save our Constitution – to save America and the decency of integrity, honor, truth, and the American Way.

What the hell are we really representing to the world Mr. Rush Limbaugh if you and Glenn Beck get to spout your racial bigoted hatred on the air to America for three hours today railing against Birthers as Conspiracy Nut-jobs that you have proudly abstained from if I am silent?

The silent majority disagrees with you. I know they do. Of course I love you Rush and Glenn Beck and Obama, but do you know who got in the worse trouble if I got in a fight at school and was wrong? Do you know who got in the worst trouble if I was not following the law?

My parents both made it very clear to me that if I was wrong in a judgment call it wasn’t the Principal’s punishment, or the Police’s punishment or the adversary’s punishment I should fear, it was theirs. Of course I believed them and they were true to their word.

Well, Mr. Limbaugh and Mr. Beck and Mr. Congressmen you are American children and We The People are your parents.
I’ve never felt such resistance against the law as I have from you two. Did you know something about Congress and the laws of the qualification demanded in the Constitution that I don’t?

If you did know something of the way our Country was run and the Constitution being laid waste long ago and the oath of our State Leaders and Federal Elected Officers being different, then the actions of Obama with the ball should come as any surprise at all because when the law isn’t upheld bad things happen.

“Bad things Happening” might be what is engraved in the White House now. Think about how hard it’s going to be to regain the integrity of America after Obama?

You know one of my idea’s for getting America back on her feet was to have a “income-tax sabbatical”, check it out along with some of my other ideas on the platform. I had a dream about it over a year ago. Even at that time I thought to myself that was a pretty radical idea, but with the damage Obama has done with the IRS profiling known before the 2012 election, I’d say it doesn’t seem so farfetched anymore.

In fact I can see it being needed to restore full faith and credit in the United States from the people and if our creditors can’t understand that, well, they will understand the damage Obama is doing /did to America that unraveled collecting taxes in the first place. America will have to go to war probably and the damages will pile higher and higher and higher.

This is the United States of America. We live here under the Supreme Law of the United States Constitution. Without that Constitution, we don’t owe anyone anything that is the Law of Nature and if you don’t know that, you had better learn it very quickly.

Rush - Glenn – Media all of America who doesn’t believe Obama should be held to the same standard as a white President in the qualification demanded by the Constitution, one word comes to mind – REPENT.
I love you al,l but ultimately you’re going to be the biggest losers of this little charade you have going and I will be the biggest winner you’ve ever seen. It’s really up to you if you want to keep playing and saying “ You just want the TRUTH”, because when the TRUTH whines up and hits you in the face, you’ll be lucky to get off the ground, and it may take you a very long time to get back on your feet.

Meantime, I’d like you America to share this post with your social media networks because the TRUTH is, nothing has the power to take Obama down other than the Constitution and its very hard to exact the law upon American's and excuse the President from the Constitution qualification demand. Maybe that's my problem having the law exacted upon me, but it seems the "law" is hell bent to earn disrespect,and I always thought it should be wanting to be "respected".

A lot of this that we are experiencing has nothing to do with "politics" and everything to do with the dereliction of the United States Supreme Court Justices in the Judicial Branch of American Service to the Constitution. Wouldn't be happening if they had respected the Constitution in Judy v. Obama 12-5276. If any impeachment proceeding are necessary that Court is where it should begin as Obama is not qualified for impeachment however the Justices are.

In that sense, Obama has been given a pass IF he is denied the United States Constitution. Treat Obama fair – let him have the part of the Constitution that matters most to him: The Qualification of the Office of the President Art. II, Sect 3, Clause 5., by advocating he be removed by Congress as a disability according to Amendment 14, Sect. 3.

CIA Columbia Obama Trial - Little People doing BIG Things for America

Today May 14th,2013 marks the 3rd Anniversary of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in Harlem, New York in 2010 in which I testified as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 against the qualifications of Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama and submitted my evidence documented in the Federal District Court of Las Vegas, Nevada. (Examiner Rpt Day 4) Also coincidentally or not, the State of Israel was born May 14th,1948.

Now I have a serious question for you I want you to consider while you read this. Why is/was this Trial important in relation to what is happening now? I'll answer this at the bottom but meantime I want you to think of the differences of "Peace Advocates v. War Mongering".

This really was a historical event I believe was happening in America and I had a dream where I saw I was apart of it and had gone back to New York and had shown up just in time for the trial. I recall sending Dr./Pastor James David Manning an email conveying the fact I had run as a write-in candidate in 2008 and had taken Sen. McCain to court because he was not born in America and was not a natural born citizen.

September 3rd,2008 I filed and served the law suit upon Sen. McCain and the Republican National Committee ( Judy v. McCain ), which was about 2 days before McCain was formally made the nominee,I felt as a conservative there was a duty to appeal and clean house.

Its a good reminder to note that Sen. H. Clinton and Sen. Obama were very much locked up in a battle royal for the Democrat Nomination and no one knew yet who it was going to be as their fight went clear through the Summer to June 7th,2008 when Hillary conceded the nomination.

Phil Berg filed against Obama August 21st,2008 and was denied in U.S. Supreme Court Jan 12,2009 denied of standing. I did file an Amicus Curia in that case to the U.S. Supreme Court which was not docketed or returned to me. As we waited to hear what was happening in the Berg v. Obama case I filed the actual appeal to the U.S. Supreme's to my Federal Court District Judge, who denied ruling on my case until after the election was over, ruling my case 'moot' because McCain had been defeated.

The race card was quickly picked up by the media and used for Obama in the question of his 'natural born citizen' qualification to be President and it worked well, accept in my case where I had sued McCain first. The news media wanted nothing to do with my case and had little to stand on accept to hide my 2012 action against Obama that also went to the U.S. Supreme Court, or when I sat in the witness box and under oath testified in the 2010 CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA TRIAL in 2010.

To my knowledge this has never been done in America before and represented a precedent of one candidate for President taking the stand against another candidate in a TRIAL. It was well known in 2010 that "Standing" had been the judicial review arrow that had shot down all cases against Obama. Therefore, it was prevalent on the mind of those conducting the trial in New York.

I did not know if I would be called to the stand, or wither my testimony would even be used at all. It was really a test of faith for me. As I had $600 in my pocket and begin the journey from Nevada to New York with my faithful dog Cosmo and my trailer hooked to my Saturn Vue which I slept in to save the expense of motels. We stayed and showered at truck stops along the way.

Wayne Allyn Root,a Vice Presidential nominee of the Libertarian Party in 2008 and also in the same graduating class as Obama claimed to have been in at Columbia University, at the last minute had withdrawn from his participation. Witnesses were bailing from the trial left and right one of which was Orly Taitz, a prominent figure at the time with in the Birther Movement who had a case going in California, and had promised to conduct questioning for the prosecution. This put Dr./Pastor James David Manning in a very peculiar place.

I had traveled out to New York on my own dime and nothing more than faith in the dream I'd had that I would be showing up to the trial just on time and that my testimony would confirm "standing", which is to say I had been hurt and had a legal grievance that contained actual damages to my Presidential Race/Candidacy rather than being simply a person who was hurt by their ability not to vote for a qualified candidate as Phil Berg a Democrat had voiced.

When I arrived in Harlem, New York I felt like a country boy that was out of place. Maybe a little Crockadile Dundee if you recall that movie.

I'd had an a couple of emails and one phone call with Pastor Manning who told me to come out if I could, but also had no idea his "candidate" witness and lead prosecutor/lawyer weren't showing up. I arrived in Harlem the day before the trial started and dived right in volunteering, with my little bit of construction savvy, by designing and building the jury box meant to raise the jurors up about six inches off the floor.

Of course Pastor Manning had no idea of my destitute circumstances and the gas had been much more then I had expected pulling my trailer clear across the Nation. Yet, there I was making the most of my being there designing, headed to the Home Depoe for 2x4's, plywood, screws, and rope to hang big screen TV's out the windows because of limited seating in the Church.

The Joshua March, (called such in a symbolic Biblical reference of Joshua's march around Jericho where Israel marched around the walls of Jericho for 7 days and on the 7th day Marched 7 times around and the Walls came down), that was conducted each day after the Trial proceedings was really quite amazing to be part of. People of all race and colors holding hands joined in a Constitutional Bond as Americans.

We marched around Columbia University which had laid out the false propaganda of Obama's attendance there, and witnessed in the Trial were some 400 political science students of Obama's class including Wayne Allan Root and ABC Reporter George Stephanopoulos who never saw or knew of Obama there.

Remember this all happened before Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse found the evidence of fraud and forgery on Obama's long form birth certificate released from the White House and handed out by Obama. The results of this Cold Case Posse was submitted in Court first by myself in Georgia's State Court, which then went to Georgia's State Supreme Court, and was for the very first time submitted on the record of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 reported here by CBS 5 News in Arizona.

Now just 3 years later we see how many people would have been very grateful if Congress had done their job in upholding the Constitution? Ambassador Chris Stevens and the 3 who died in Benghazi. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry might still be alive without the Cover-Ups Obama has become so well known for.

The CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA TRIAL has proven itself over and over and over again to be the trail blazer for what has been discovered and is a marker in history of We The People doing the BIG things in America.

Speaking of BIG THINGS HAPPENING? I'm reminded of the song I wrote and performed BIG THINGS HAPPEN EVERY DAY, that I think I'll leave you with. This song reminds me of Obama not being able to get away with it and away from We The People.

Now to answer that question at the top I asked you to think about. Why is/was the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial important?

Well, this morning I thought as I listened to Glenn Beck's commercials for his book "Control", "Look at what's happening to our Country". Congress is all in a tizzy about the 2nd Amendment and we have to have gone through some kind of a record on gun purchases in this country at the same time as many cities in America are ramping up the laws on firearms and ammunition. This is tantamount to beating the war drums... or in effect "war-mongering".

Who has been apposed to Obama's eligibility and qualification flat out denying that it was important and that is was Constitutional law? The Media - Radio Show Host - TV Broadcast Companies and our Government- Congress - the Courts.

This is the importance of The Birther Movement. It is an advocacy FOR the Law, not against it. You might say when the "law" fails, violence prevails". The importance of LAWS cannot be underestimated and devalued and ignored but what "violence" is advocated and pushed for.

I am so honored to have rubbed shoulders with everyone that has advocated "For the Law" of our Constitution instead of railed as a war-monger against it. I feel the blessings of Heaven because of this.

Now listen to your Media - listen to your favorite talk show host - listen to your Congress tell you "This isn't a Birther Thing and think to yourself, the Birther Thing is an Advocate for Law any opposition to it is War Mongering. Do I want my Country to descend into a WAR ZONE?

When your done, please, put your money where your mouth is. Glenn Beck made an excellent point today in challenging his audience to ask themselves "What have they done with their Voice.. their priesthood.. that others can't do because those w it are set apart. Use it or lose it? What in fact are you doing to advocate FOR THE LAW?

Are you jumping on the bandwagon of those who are pursuing peace advocating for the law or are you supporting war-mongers hoping for a gun battle in your neighborhood with your government?

Mothers of America - Salute to America's Bald Eagles

Reflecting on Mother's Day.

Mother's Day 2013 - It was a great day for me spent in a wonderful gratitude toward all Mothers. My heart was full of appreciation and love for all Mothers. I had a lot of self-reflection about how important so many women have been to me in my life. There aren't a lot of subjects that come close to making my heart swell so much as well as my tear ducts.

I thought of sharing just a few instances of the gratitude I felt yesterday.

The day begin in the morning as I woke up around 8am and immediately begin to ponder the condition of my own Mom. She's been cancer free for a year now but it seemed like yesterday she lay in the hospital at death door literally asking for its toll. I was looking at caskets thinking about how fast I could make one as she requested at one time from me because I've done a lot of wood work she's admired.

The decision for Chemo was one that was fraught with peril and against the advise from all outside family members especially when they circled the wagons and saw what kind of shape she was in. Calcium levels from the bone marrow entering her blood stream had reached her brain totally disabling her mind from reality and the only thing she could grasp a focus and a reality on was my sister and I.


Truly a testament of a Mother's love even the disease of lymphoma had not taken the ingrained fiber she held dearest of her children. It seemed that would remain in tact until her last breath. At 73 the prognosis for any kind of recovery after chemo is really predicated upon the person's ability before the cancer hit, but the doctors didn't know exactly what that was, only I did.

I distinctly remember the night I knelt down feeling the weight of my own Mother in my hands and thinking of her as a daughter of God, and the Doctor telling me if she didn't get chemo the 16 golf ball sized tumors she had distributed throughout her body would require her life.


What did God want for her? That was my question. If it was her time to pass I was comfortable in letting that happen and didn't want her to suffer. I was trying to handle it as objectively as possible and it was perhaps the first time in my life I looked at my Mother and tried to remove my selfishness for her and consider God's will was greater than my own.

When I awoke the dream I'd had was very fresh in my mind. I had dreamed of a BIG frying pan on the ground the sides of which matched my legs spread about 4 feet. I reached down and picked the frying pan up and it was unbelievably heavy and took all my strength but I did it. Like a weight lifter dead-lifting a bar again I heaved it up and it seemed a little lighter. Again and again and again I lifted the big frying pan and each time I did it got lighter and lighter and lighter.

Of course I could think of no better way to express in a parable form the process of going through chemo as it basically fry's your whole body as you ingest into your system the drugs meant to kill the destroying radicals in your body. This I knew was God's will for her.



After 8 chemo treatments about 2 weeks apart that were followed by 11 days of nupitan shots which required me to make a 100 mile trip to pick her up get her to the doctor take her back home and then return to my own place we were over-joyed to learn that she was cancer free and has been for a year now. My Mom seemed to emulate the courage and fierce proud nature of the American Bald Eagle.




It was difficult for me to sit across the table from her while we ate at her choice and favorite Chuck-A-Rama without my heart swelling and my tears wanting to burst out wondering about the miracle that sat across from me and the courage she'd had to continue through all the treatments.





In our table talk I related to her a few of the other friends I'd contacted during the day who were mothers with different stories everyone I related I choked out and was grateful not to be talking about in public due to my own emotion about the touching stories.

One friend had been all over the Nation away from her two children who were grown but had suffered many trials with the law and support. She text me that she was FINALLY blessed to be with BOTH her children at the same time. The ordeal she'd been through herself was enough to try the heart of anyone and I'd known of this struggle for years. How sweet her text was to me and how happy I was for her to experience that sweetness on Mother's Day.

Another friend who I text Happy Mother's Day hasn't had any children in her life, but she's cared for nieces and nephews and had other significant rolls with children. I wondered for a minute how a Happy Mother's Day might affect her personally but as I kept thinking about it the thoughts poured over me. She'd been the one person in my life who I could actually say had supported me whole heartedly in my campaign for President in 2012.

She was my political guru who constantly was there for me in the depths of the Campaign which seemed more like a suicide mission than a presidential campaign. One can only imagine the loneliness of taking Barack Obama to 2 state District Courts 2 State supreme courts and the United States Supreme Court twice along with making upwards of a 100 commercials and videos documenting the journey through the Spartan legal jungles and deserts of little to no support as a fellow candidate.

It was like walking through snake venom for over a year with neither Republicans or Democrats having anything good to say about it and the small percentage of those who did support the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen being cordial but having little faith in my effort as a pro se litigant without expert or high priced professional attorneys familiar with the judicial road.

There was no other women in my life who I could talk politics with who was remotely interested. In my own family it was not a popular subject and any mention of it out of my mouth brought an iron curtain down or a brick wall up in disapproval, but she was always there like an guardian angel. Always offering kind words and remarking how much she admired me for the stand. I felt as I wished her Happy Mothers Day she had been a very worthy Mother to our Nation and the cause and principles of the Constitution along with the few supporters who had sent me a little support from all over the Nation at times I couldn't have gone on without and were so very appreciated.

My ex-wife who at 43 and two weeks before our marriage had walked in with me and had her IUD taken out and after 2 years had become pregnant resulting in our now near 4 year old son. When people are thinking about finishing raising their family we were starting a new one urged on by the distinct prodding of the spirit that whispered to us a very special soul was waiting for us to be his parents.

I can scarcely comprehend the courage it took for her to do that after she had 4 near grown kids already. Every time I contemplate her strength I am filled with admiration and appreciation every year as I am also with the mother of my other 3 grown children.

Truly the value of the mothers in our life's is known and born in sacrifice as is life also made possible by the fathers. We absolutely need both in our life's and without one or the other would not be here. I want to thank every mother in my life for the sweetest ability in nurturing and love ever shown to me. I am a very grateful man understanding that this Earth holds a reflection of my Heavenly Father and that somewhere in the Heavens there also is a mother-in-heaven watching over me and perhaps even inspiring the mother's love I have experienced so wonderfully.

Of course we are reminded about the bad things that happen every day and this Mother's Day was not without its tragedy with the 19 wounded in New Orleans which is heart breaking. Our hearts go out to the victims of this rampage yet I am reminded that the Mother's of this Nation have been chosen that represent such great courage as to endure to the end. I am so honored to look upon the Mothers of America realizing the spirit of independence, liberty, and freedom which runs through their veins of which I am apart.

May God Bless You in each and every trial you are called to go through. We stand and honor you every Mother's Day saluting the very fiber of your being as witnesses to not only the birth but the preservation of this Nation in your trust of the Constitution.

While the Constitution hangs by a hair it would be no surprise to me to see the Mother's of this Nation making the stand that with our Constitution freedom rings for them in ways they are not willing to give up without a fight. Hell has no fury like the American Mother who understands that without the Constitution she has been sold with her children because without the Law the power of women is reduced to that of the weaker of the sexes and with the law she has become and gained the respect she deserves.
